Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

The Studio is a Bright, clean, airy and stylishly decorated 1 bedroom studio apartment on the lower level of our home, two steps up so not disability friendly, ideal for couples, (sorry not child friendly.] There is a well equipped kitchenette, large corner chaise lounge, pillow-topped queen size bed, romantic candlelit bedroom, Reverse cycle air conditioning, WIFI, Large Smart Screen TV with Chromecast streaming device for watching Netflix, Stan or whatever platform you use. A very comfortable 2 bedroom granny flat in a great location, sea breezes and views. No air conditioner or washing machine. Close to Currimundi Lake and beaches. Lots of great coastal walking and bike tracks. Walk to Currimundi shops. 10 minute drive to University Hospital. It is wheelchair friendly with courtyard and verandah There is street parking directly at the front of the property, No on the driveway after unpacking your car as we need access to the garage.

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area.
