Situated in the corner of our garden facing South, and surrounded by composite decking, the cabin is perfectly situated for accessing the Dales Way, Ilkley Moor, Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford. 15min walk to train station, 5mins to bus stop and 200m to a fab foodie pub. Located on our family farm, we have animals on site, including horses, cows, goats, dogs, cats and 2 micro pigs (Gavin & Stacey) so some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

With walks that start right from the doorstep it's a delight for those seeking a quiet stroll or something more adventurous, we have it all As you explore you may encounter local wildlife such as Deer, Hares and if you are lucky a Barn owl The extension is to the back of the house which is totally private

Countryside Farm Stay - Private Annexe

Situated on the edge of Baildon Moor, this modern private annexe is located on the ground floor of the original farmhouse and boasts fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The property is a short walk from Baildon village where there are pubs, shops, restaurants & takeaways. Leeds City Centre can be reached via train (17 minutes from Shipley train station). On the farm we have horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs & cats, therefore some farm noises are to be expected!
