This place is held together with chewing gum and baling wire. There is substantial deferred maintenance & clutter of junk. If you don't like dirt, dust, bugs, peeling paint, bad floors & sagging doors, this is not the place for you. It’s like camping indoors. A roof over your head, a decent bed & AC.
