Auchriachan Farm sits just outside the Village of Tomintoul the Highest village in the Highlands, a family working farm. We glamped ourselves & decided this would be an ideal situation to set up our own Pods to give others the experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Being in the Glenlivet Estate & also in the Cairngorm National Park there is lots to offer, walking, cycling, bird watching, skiing, also for STARGAZING & of course our National Scottish Drink "WHISKY" lots of Distilleries to Visit.

Eco Glamping cabin great views dog friendly

Wee Blue Dream is a small, eco‑friendly glamping cabin with amazing views of the mountain. We offer a natural, simple‑style experience for 1–3 people and your dog. The cabin has a lovely one‑room layout with a double futon sofa bed and a day bed — all bedding is provided. There is a wood‑burning stove, and we provide firewood and kindling. You can cook simple meals in the cooking area. Your private shower room is located just 10 metres outside the cabin, and it includes a dishwasher.

The Wee Red Roost

Rustic cabin nestled in the beauty of the glen. The Wee Red Roost is on our working farm in the heart of Glenlivet Estate, Scottish Highlands. Situated in the Cairngorms National Park, we are located at the foot of the Cromdale hills. There is an array of things to do; hill walking, biking, fishing (salmon, sea/trout (May-Sept)), wildlife, coastal visits, whisky tasting, gin & whisky distilleries, star gazing, water sports, skiing, or just good old fashioned, simple peace & quiet :)

Lodge with beautiful views in the Cairngorms

The Bothy is a 2 bedroom lodge fully furnished in a cosy cottage style with everything you could need for a relaxing stay in the Cairngorm National Park. The generous sized master bedroom has built in wardrobes and a small en suite. The cosy second bedroom sleeps two in single beds and a further 2 guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the light and airy living room. Enjoy beautiful uninterrupted views across the fields and watch the sunset from the west facing decking.

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Osprey - Luxury Glamping Lodge

Two large glamping lodges located in the heart of Cairngorm National Park on a working horse farm. Each features an open plan kitchen-dining-sitting-room; a separate bedroom with walk around double bed with Emma mattress (new July 2024); and a shower room with electric shower. There is a lovely deck where you can sip a glass of wine looking out over horses to the countryside of Strathspey. All linen and towels are provided to set your holiday off to a good stress-free start.

Couthie Cooshed in the Cairngorms

Lovely holiday cottage in the Cairngorms for two with open plan kitchen living area, cosy sleeping gallery, contemporary shower room and private patio. The Couthie Cooshed is cosy well appointed and is set in a private garden on the edge of fields. This barn is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the country surrounded by fields and wildlife. Tomatin Glamping Pods is a small but spacious site consisting of four luxury glamping pods. Inverness and the Cairngorms are in close proximity. Our pods come well equipped with kitchenette (double hob, microwave grill, toaster, stove top kettle, small fridge, pots, pans, crockery & utensils) a fixed double bed with storage space & sofa bed, shower room, wifi, freesat TV, bedding & towels, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil & toilet paper. Free parking on site.

The Holt

The Holt is a small wooden cabin situated on the Snow Road route through Aberdeenshire, in the catchment of Royal Deeside and close to Balmoral. It sits within our property but is detached from the main house with it's own decking and private space. Numerous munros and hills are accessible within an easy drive or bike, winter skiing at Glenshee orThe Lecht ski centres, and endless hiking or walking. Ballater and Braemar villages are popular tourist stops.
