Hello! Our cabin is a secluded place to get you close to nature! It’s a beautiful fully furnished cabin ready for your family to come and enjoy the high desert of NV. Our town is Vya, NV. We are about 30 minute drive from Cedarville. That’s the closest gas station and grocery store. The cabin has does have WiFi if you choose to sign into it. So we as hosts can keep in touch from a distance. We have a website and Facebook as well. We charge per person per night. We also welcome dogs and horses!

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. The Annex

Sweet Surprise Valley home with lovely fenced yard. Right in the heart of peaceful little Eagleville, CA, sits this charming three-bedroom cottage, one bathroom home with three connecting decks and a doggy door off the living room to a fenced grassy yard for pets. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a big kitchen, a dining area, and a separate laundry room. Also, a large deck for BBQing and outside dining. We can do longer-term stays too. Lounge chairs in back shaded deck.

The bunk house

Do you want a ranch vacation? Are you traveling with horses & need a lay over. We have room for both you and your horses too. If you want to experience ranch life, peace, quiet, & nature ,than come to our 80 acre horse ranch in alturas calif., where there are more cows in our county than people. We have horses, cows, chickens, and cow dogs. Stay in our remodeled bunkhouse, has room for 4. 1 queen bed, and a full size futon. Full kitchen, private bathroom, with outside bbq area.

Freshly remodeled 980 sq. ft. single-family home in a quiet residential area, two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, stylish bathroom, and kitchen, with washer, dryer, TV, faux fireplace and gas barbeque. Fully furnished with all of the amenities that we could think of in hopes of making your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Have fun kicking back or visiting nearby Lava Beds, Tule Lake Wildlife Refuge, WWII Monument, etc. No hidden or additional host fees. Pets acceptable by approval.

Rockin' TD Ranch Guest House

This cozy 1,400 sq. foot guesthouse (fully-furnished, ADA compliant, single level) has large picture windows and front porch, allowing guests to witness the incredible outdoor views of Long Valley, NV. The private rock garden with chairs is a great place to sit and relax. Come stargaze, hike or just decompress. Guests have said it's amazing! Please be aware that we are 22 miles from the nearest town/hospital.

Our home is very neat and tidy. It is a great space for a family looking for a little more then a hotel room. It is conveniently located one block from Main Street, Niles Saloon & Hotel, Antonio's, Shopping, the Courthouse and near Modoc Medical Center. Sorry no pets and absolutely no smoking of any kind.
