Our property offers a true backcountry experience, so please know that while our trails are maintained, guests should expect natural terrain and a more rugged experience than what you would experience at a state park.

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. When the Frio River calls, stay at Deer Run 7, a spacious four bedroom, four-bath cabin (with two lofts) in Concan. The cabin is within steps of food, convenience and liquor stores. Nearby is a hiking trail, public swimming pool, and miniature golf. There is an outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit, horseshoe pits, corn hole boards (bean bags included), disc golf basket (discs included), and volleyball net (ball included).
