Enjoy delicious ice cream at the Pier, fishing or watch for whales and other marina life go by. Across the street there's a lovely park with tennis courts, (enjoy a game or 2 with tennis/pickle ball racquets provided) and an outdoor swimming pool. We are 20 min drive to local sandy beaches, and 12 min to Elk Falls/Suspension bridge & McIvor lake.

Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.
