The Shack is a 5min walk to the Village Shops, 15min walk to a Patrolled Beach and only 45min drive to Wilsons Promontory. Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

Just 2 hours from Melbourne, a beautiful sustainable house situated in the stunning Cape Eco village; Banksia Bliss is the ultimate beach getaway. The award-winning house is just a short walk through community gardens to the popular beaches of Cape Paterson (700m). The local pub is also a short stroll away. The Eco village has fantastic paths for walking and cycling, pickleball courts, and a great playground for kids. Be prepared to encounter native wildlife such as kangaroos and echidnas.

Inside, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in. But it’s just a short walk down the street to Inverloch's great pubs, cafes and restaurants if you want to venture out!
