With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars and exclusive use of a large cottage garden that is fenced off for safety. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds. Free fibre optic high speed WiFi (B4RN). TV with Freesat. What's not to like?

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
