1,200 square foot townhouse on West Mountain. On mountain convenience, with off the beaten path quietness. It is about a 3-4 minute walk to the West Mountain chair, for 'almost' ski-in ski out convenience. The Explorer Shuttle comes right to the development 3 times an hour on weekends, 2 during the week. Top of the line finishes, fireplace, laundry, gourmet kitchen with exceptional cookware. 1 King Bed in master and a Queen bed in each other room.

6 miles from Sunday River with heated outdoor pool

We have a fully Air Conditioned unit! Pool is only heated in the winter. Heater is turned on 12/20/24. Pool is heated to 100 degrees. There is no separate hot tub. The pool is kept cool and refreshing Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is closed 10/1-12/20/24 This is a 2 bedroom unit with a queen pullout couch. 10 min drive to Sunday River. 5 min from Sunday River Brewing. 5 minutes from Grafton Notch State Park. Plenty of on-site parking.

There are 80 miles of trails available, for all different levels of mountain biking. The narrow gauge trail is a short ride from the condo. Hiking is plentiful, Bigelow Mountain, Burnt Mount, or hike to one of Maine Huts and Trails' huts. Tufulio's Restaurant is conveniently located and easy to walk to.
