It is across the street from a natural walking trail. Cell service can be spotty. No WIFI

This is a downstairs basement apartment. There’s a small casino business on the top floor. There hours are 10 AM to 10 PM. There can be some noise occasionally. Once inside the apartment, there’s one window that looks to the outside breezeway. The breezeway has several windows and a storm door.
