Cottage #2, at 6712 Elm Beach Road, Ovid NY, is a private setting, on a bank on the edge of host's woodlot. The screened-in porch overlooks Elm Beach, directly across the road. This cottage is to the right/north of Cottage #1. Each cottage is private, and has its own separate parking, stairs and entranceway. The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, right on Elm Beach Road, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

Private ground floor contains two bedrooms (queen and twin XL beds), bathroom, and family room. Family room has sofa bed, TV, internet, ice machine, kitchenette, bottled water dispenser, and refrigerator. Several steps from Cayuga Lake in the middle of the Cayuga Wine Trail. Very close to wineries, cideries, distillery, and beer garden. Lakefront (shared with owner) includes a propane grill, picnic table, kayaks, and dock for fishing or swimming.
