It is also strategically located with easy access to the Willamette Valley (1hr), or to the Gorge for hiking (1hr). It is halfway between the Oregon coast and Mount Hood (about 1.5hr each way). In other words, it is perfectly located to explore Portland and Northern Oregon!

Relax inside or in the private back patio or stroll the sidewalks in a lovely neighborhood of residential single and multifamily homes. Also, it's well located with quick access to the freeway, Intel and Nike, and shops, grocery stores and restaurants. In the past there was no AC, but now a portable air conditioner is provided for the summer months.

Safeway, Handel's Ice Cream, Chipotle, Market of Choice, local restaurant and tap rooms are all nearby. The studio is a quick drive to Nike, St. Vincent's Hospital . There's a private entrance and side yard with outdoor seating.
