The Kessler and Hobbs rooms are the 2 guest rooms of the home with access to a full bath via shared hallway. Each room is equipped with a full bed, closet, and TV. Full Kitchen, full utility, living and dining rooms also.

You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.
