Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Wanaka - Pips Place

Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.

Private Guest Suite at The Corner House

Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.

The Grandview Studio - No cleaning fee

The Grandview Studio is located in a quiet rural area with fantastic views of the Grandview Range. It is a scenic 15 min drive to Wanaka, and a 10min drive to Lake Hawea. Its a an older style (does need a bit of work but the price reflects that) cosy and large and clean studio room with a king bed, lounge area with freeview and wifi. Private bathroom and internet. Private access. Please note the sink for washing dishes is in the shared laundry, not in the main room.

Wine O’clock Inn

Wine O’clock Inn is a perfect retreat for couples. We are located a short stroll to the Cromwell Heritage Precinct and the famous Dunstan Trail. Your room has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, bar fridge, queen bed, smart tv, ensuite and air conditioning for summer/heating for winter. Off street parking is available, with access down the side of the house to your private entrance. Storage is available for bikes on request.
