Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη κατοικημένη γειτονιά στο Αργοστόλι, κάθετα στην οδό Δεβοσέτου και δύο τετράγωνα ανηφορικά απο την Λεωφόρο Βεργωτή, ενώ απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά από την πλατεία με τα πόδια και 5 λεπτά απο τα κτελ των λεωφορείων και 5 λεπτά απο τη γέφυρα Debosset με τα πόδια .

Άνετο στούντιο -σοφίτα στο κέντρο του Αργοστολίου ,δίπλα (με τα πόδια )από την πλατεία τα εμπορικά καταστήματα και τα εστιατόρια ,μπαρ της πόλης αλλά και 10 βήματα από την παραλία με τους φοίνικες τα καφέ ,το φέρρυ για Ληξούρι ,τράπεζες και ότι άλλο χρειαστείτε .

Το De bosset Attic ειναι μια όμορφη σοφίτα με μεγάλο μπαλκόνι δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες ,τραπεζαρία, κουζίνα ,μπάνιο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 άτομα. Το De bosset Attic Βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του Αργοστολίου δίπλα στην πέτρινη Γέφυρα Δεβοσέτου.
