Luxury lakefront cottage. Shallow wade-in water near the shore and deep off the large 20x20ft dock. Custom stone steps will take you down to both the dock and the lake. Large outdoor dining options and many areas to sit and relax. Spacious chef's kitchen. Large indoor wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and lots of water toys, including 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and a SUP board. There is also a trampoline for the kids! Fully maintained road makes this a perfect winter getaway location in winter!

Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!

In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.

Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. The cottage is nestled on the scenic shores of Chandos Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in the Kawartha’s, a mere 2.5 hours northeast of Toronto and 3 hours from Ottawa. Well equipped with modern amenities, you sacrifice nothing. There is a gentle slope to the water’s edge where you’ll find a dock and a great swimming spot with a sandy bottom. There are 2 kayaks, a canoe and a paddleboat available for your use along with the recommended safety equipment.
