Recently converted the barn has its own private track and has wonderful views over unspoilt farmland. The property is quietly on the outskirts of the village of Hazelbury Bryan and is within a 45 minute drive to the Dorset Coast. The market towns of Sherborne, Blandford Forum and Dorchester are all within 20 minutes drive.

The Old Reading Room West Stafford

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Stylish self-contained annexe in rural mid Dorset

A thoughtfully designed space for two in glorious, peaceful Dorset countryside. Located on the edge of the lovely village of Hilton, this is a perfect place to hunker down for a few days or to use as a base for exploring all the amazing places that Dorset has to offer, all within easy reach. We are a gentle half hour stroll from Milton Abbey which is set in a magnificent Capability Brown landscape. We are also an easy trip (approximately 20 miles) from the spectacular Jurassic coast.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

It is a perfect central location to explore Dorset, with many attractions nearby, only 10min drive to the Cerne Abbas giant or Dorchester and 25min to the Jurassic Coast.

Relax, listen and watch nature or maybe sit around the fire pit with a glass of wine. Visit the Jurassic Coast and Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove all within 30 minutes drive.

Melbury Lodge, Dorset - hot tub, stunning views

Stylish and contemporary lodge, located in a peaceful position within the pretty Dorset village of Ansty. The beautifully presented lodge is light and spacious throughout with stunning views from the open plan living, dining, kitchen area. Doors open to large decked area for alfresco dining. A cosy wood burner is perfect for the cooler evenings and of course the real highlight is the luxurious hot tub to be enjoyed all year round!

No.3 is a self-contained property which was the extension of the original farm cottage built in 1907, now part of the hosts’ residence (number 4). It has it’s own separate access off a quiet unclassified road leading out of the village of Winterborne Whitechurch with off-road parking. The property has been adapted to provide all the comforts for a quiet enjoyable stay but public transport is infrequent so a car is recommended.
