Trudy's Cheyenne Apartment

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code. The apartment is not baby friendly, no crib provided.

The Avenues Getaway Home was built in 1926 and is part of a historical area within Wyoming’s Capitol City, Cheyenne. It is a charming home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining space. It’s conveniently located near the Cheyenne Frontier Days Park and in the heart of the community. Close to Lions Park, Botanic Gardens, and downtown. In addition, we have a basement apartment below. Basement apartment guests have a separate entrance on the East Side of the property.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars in your own self contained car, tent, van or camper. Shared building for escaping the elements & running your pup inside the fenced dog area. Pure drinking water provided in "the shed" along with basic cooking set up. No showers or laundry on property but close by. Coming for Frontier days with horses, call and reserve your spot in the pasture. Must bring your own fencing for confining your horse. This is a shared space

Kitchen with all new appliances, a living room upstairs and down, three bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs (with an overflow bunk in the downstairs living room). Sit outside at night under the new gazebo and relax next to the propane fire table. Much nicer experience than a hotel room!
