One bedroom basement suite, located in promontory heights. Nice, and peaceful place close hiking, trails, rivers and lakes. Hot tub is exclusively used by our guests. Basement suite has its own private entranced. One very comfy Queen size bed, with a separate living room and private bathroom with stand up shower. Coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, this is not a full kitchen. This is perfect for a relax get away for 2 people. ***No parties or gatherings/no smoking on property***

Take a break and unwind in our bright and modern suite. Located on lower Chilliwack Mountain. Only 5 minutes off Exit 116 Lickman rd. High ceilings, 2 bedrooms, sleeps max 4, close to shopping & amenities. Small pets welcome. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of our resident Deer's, baby fawns, & possibly a Bear grazing in the grass near by. A few minute drive further up the mountain you can find hiking trails or even enjoy fishing on the Fraser River (around the back of the mountain)

Kick back and relax in our peaceful one bedroom suite. Nestled in the Eastern Hillsides of Chilliwack, we are located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by mountains and old growth forest. The perfect base for some quiet relaxation or exploring - Highway one is just a 10 minute drive away. Downtown Chilliwack: 20 mins Harrison Hot Springs: 30 mins Cultus Lake: 30 mins Please note the suite is not suitable for infants and young children. Airbnb fees are included in the price.

On a small farm in Yarrow, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy your own private studio above the garage with king size bed, private entrance, full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, convection oven, toaster, and kettle, as well TV and DVD player. We are situated between the Vedder River and Vedder Mountain with world-class fishing, mountain biking, hiking, and river trails. It's a ten-minute drive to Cultus Lake and about twenty minutes to either Abbotsford or Chilliwack.

The Heart of Magnolia

Just off highway 1 with the view of Cheam mountain range. Modern 2 bedroom basement suite on a quiet street. A short drive to Bridal falls, water parks, Harrison Hot Springs and many more beautiful nature activities. 12 minute drive to Chilliwack. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning and unwind in the evening in the hot tub. We are a family with three children at home, while we are not loud and the suite is well insulated, you can expect some living noise.

Newly Renovated, 2 Bedroom, Basement Suite

2 bedrooms (both rooms have a queen size mattress). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). You enter through a private basement suite entrance. You are renting our newly renovated, private basement suite (2 bedrooms, family room, full kitchen and bathroom). Please note, our family of 4 and 2 dogs live upstairs. We have various schedules and come and go at different times. You will hear noise from our family.

One bedroom basement suite centrally located in Sardis, with easy access to downtown Chilliwack, Garrison, UFV, Cultus Lake & more. Nice and peaceful suite located close to hiking & trails, and steps from the Vedder River. Basement suite has its own private entrance. Sleeping arrangements include one queen bed and a pull out couch. Full kitchen includes toaster, microwave and basic pantry items. This is the perfect stay for 2 adults or small family with kids.

Great 2 bedroom basement, 1 bathroom suite, with kitchen. 1 bedroom has queen size bed, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room couch pulls out into queen size bed. Nice neighborhood, and close to a full fitness center, public transit, UFV, and other convenient amenities. Close to Vedder River for fishing or walking the trail. Owners live upstairs. We are not partiers but have kids and animals. could be a little loud with footsteps at times.
