The historical Panaji church and Portuguese latin quarters (Fontainhas) is a short walk away. Perfect for work around Panaji or to explore the beaches of Miramar, Dona Paula. Groceries and restos are just around the corner.

It is a spacious 2 bedroom, super clean apartment with beautiful valley view. Panaji city (restaurants) is just 10 min away and you can visit the beaches ( Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Vagator around 14km ) and other happening places in North Goa. Nearest beach, Miramar, is just 8 km. The apartment has power inverter for continuous power (although the power shortages are rare). We have installed a 15-amp plug -in the stilt parking for EV charging (at an extra cost, message for details).

The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities.
