During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Our flat complies with all the tourist regulations in force in Spain. It has an official registration number for rental as a tourist flat and a licence.

We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

Con dormitorio independiente, armario, con ventana a patio amplio con plantas, cama muy confortable y cómodo colchón, de 150 x 190. Cocina totalmente equipada, baño con ducha. Aire acondicionado y radiadores en todas las estancias. Alquiler de temporada para uso no turístico. Apartamento de 45 m2 situado en la planta baja, de un edificio totalmente reformado recientemente. Después de la puerta de la calle hay que subir una planta sin ascensor hasta la planta baja del edificio. Es amplio, con dormitorio independiente, con armario, con ventana a patio interior con plantas, con cama con canapé, muy confortable y cómodo colchón, de 150 x 190, cocina totalmente equipada, baño con ducha, que incluye lavadora, placa vitrocerámica, horno microondas, extractor de humo y frigorífico. Integrada en un salón muy espacioso y luminoso, con sofá cama y con un gran ventanal a patio interior amplio y profundo. Los suelos son de mármol, pulidos recientemente y carpintería exterior renovada. Disponible cuna, trona y pequeña bañera de bebé bajo solicitud previa. No hay ascensor. Horario check-in: 11:00 a 21:00, posibilidad de check in nocturno de 21:00 a 24:00 con un coste de 40€ que se pagarán en efectivo al momento de llegar al apartamento. En cualquier caso no se recibe de 24:00 a 10:30. Los check in por la mañana antes de las 13:00 pm se podrían realizar siempre con previa consulta. ES OBLIGATORIO presentar el Documento de Identidad o Pasaporte (carnet de conducir no se admite), así como firmar y el correspondiente contrato de alquiler de Temporada, para viajes por motivos laborales, de estudios, atención sanitaria, encuentros familiares o vacacionales, no apto para viajes turísticos. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

The studio is exterior, so it has natural light. It has an American kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm) and a complete bathroom with a shower. Linens and towels included. The apartment is provided with linens and towels for all guests, so you do not need to worry about that. Its capacity is 3 people. The apartment DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. The apartment has been furnished with all the necessary appliances to ensure a comfortable and great stay.During the stay, guests have access to the entire house. The house includes, among others: - heating - air conditioner - Wifi - TV - full equipped kitchen - washing machine - natural light - intercom - hangers in closets - linens and 2 towels per guest - check-in at any time (Upon availabilty) - property guide with tips of the neighborhood and the city - and attention during the stay in case of any incident. You can use all the apartment. You can use the kitchen and everything you will find in it. In the bathroom you will find small bottles as shampoo, shower gel and soap for the first days of your stay. It's no need you bring all this with you. LATE CHECK-IN FEE: Arrivals between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM incur a late check-in fee of €20. Arrivals between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM have a fee of €30, while arrivals between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM will also have a fee of €40. It is important that the guest does not forget the keys inside the apartment during their stay, and especially not to leave the apartment with the keys left inside the lock, as it will block and entry will not be possible. At check-out time, guests should leave the keys on the living room table and close the front door.
