Overlooking the historic St Peters church they have been luxuriously appointed to the highest contemporary standard. Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double bedroom with a private ensuite wet room. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living room, breakfast bar and desk.

We are a 10 minute drive from Blenheim Palace and Estelle Manor, 20 mins from Soho Farmhouse and 30 mins from Daylesford and Oxford's dreaming spires. The cottage has been fully restored to a modern country style and equipped with luxury British brands including 100 Acres, Soho Home and Daylesford Organic.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.
