Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. Casa etica in Umbria

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Grazioso bilocale all'interno di un bellissimo ed antico casolare in pietra immerso nel verde della campagna umbra, ideale per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura e godere di piacevoli passeggiate nel bosco. A soli cinque minuti di macchina dal centro di Città di Castello. IG: @bilocalenelbosco NB: Dal 1 luglio 2024, è obbligatorio versare la tassa di soggiorno per il Comune di Città di Castello. The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. It is equipped with a double bedroom, a large living room with a big table, a fully equipped kitchenette, a double sofa bed in front of the fireplace, in the living room. Outside, the patio will allow you to eat with the colors of the sunset as a backdrop.

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.
