There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

The Barn Studio

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this town and country destination. The cleverly constructed bungalow is tucked into the original tack room and feed room at one end of the 125 year old barn. Original wood walls and beams beautifully blend the old and the new. 75 private acres with wooded creek and bluff trails are highlights of this gem. The Barn decor, comfort, and convenience make for a peaceful, carefree, and inspiring retreat. Bring your horses…lots of room to ride!

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

A mere few feet away from the community boat ramp, this house is perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Golf cart rental is available for an additional fee (book in advance). Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay on a secluded cleared 3 acres. Have your morning coffee on the back porch and watch the sun rise. Enjoy and evening sunset on the front porch.
