NOTE: The lake gets green from algae bloom by Mid July, and swimming may be limited after that time, but boating and fishing remain great all year.

It features 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3.5 baths. The main floor has an open layout with a fireplace, rec room, and a covered patio perfect for relaxing. Surrounded by large windows, the house offers great views of the river and the abundant wildlife that inhabits the area. Enjoy a peaceful escape!

Water's Edge House on Tainter Lake

Gorgeous little house with cap cod feel, right on the water. We call this baby "Water's Edge on Tainter Lake". Perfect way for a quick escape from the Twin cities, only 50 minutes away. Fish off the permanent dock on the water. Beautiful views and sunsets on a fun, active recreational lake. Short boat ride to Jake's super club. Some guests say its a "private location", but we are on a very active lake with houses close by. Please read our "other details to note" for more info.
