We built this as a greenhouse, but it was too pretty to grow tomatoes in, so we made it a place to stay. It sits at the edge of our garden with clay plaster walls, wood finishes, floor to ceiling windows, so you feel like you are sleeping in the trees. You can hear the creek from the bed. The shower's outside and hot steamy water. Wood sauna onsite and a spacious composting toilet. Covered porch, big fire pit, trails into the woods. 20 min to Sandpoint. Public beach & boat launch <1 mile away. Walk to the Tyee coffee shop or historic Leonard Paul Store. Ride from the house to many miles of trails on your ATV/snowmobiles. The house is clean & modern with a rustic cabin feel to it. Cozy fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ on the deck. Plenty of parking.

This 1200square foot home has a nice outdoor fire pit with a trail leading down to a serene resting area on the creek. Close to The Tamrak Store, where you can stock up on essentials, rent a movie, or grab an ice cream cone. Golf course is one mile away and only 3 miles to the lake. For an extra $75 a night we have a small cabin available with sleeping quarters for 6 more people. The house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper with full size bed. Two bathrooms and washer and dryer.
