All kitchen utensils and basics Bedding and towels supplied per guest numbers at time of booking We like to give our guests total privacy , and will be contactable via air BnB or phone during your stay Sunshine Beach is best known for its fabulous patrolled sands, the views from the surf club, and a location that offers many access points to Noosa National Park. Noosa’s Main Street and the boutiques of Hastings Street are only a short drive away. Walking distance to beach - 6 mins Walking distance to shops- 5 mins As per google maps app Self check in and check out with use of a lock box for keys Both spa and gardens are maintained weekly . This occurs each Wednesday or Friday for approx an hour and should not disturb guests. Please advise us should you wish for this not to occur during your stay. Our home is warm, full of character, and a great place to enjoy a care-free holiday or an extended sea-change while working away from home. We offer a pool, A/C, BBQ and is fully fenced. It has 3 bedrooms & just a 10min stroll to beach, restaurants, and shops. A wraparound deck captures sunlight from dusk to dawn, and a nature reserve at the back provides peaceful views. Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen which opens out onto a large outdoor entertaining deck area overlooking the salt water pool and yard with fire pit area. All living is upstairs with only a laundry downstairs.
