The 4 Corners Tiny House

Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—a handcrafted basecamp just outside Cortez with big sky views. Inside is simple and functional. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and essentials. A loft bed with a new mattress and a futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a full-size shower with on-demand hot water. Step outside to your private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs,perfect for coffee, fires, and views. (Water pressure issues noted by prior guests have been resolved.)

El Nido Apartment at Totten Lake

El Nido is a second-story apartment on a lake-front property, with panoramic views and a wrap-around patio. This two-bed, one-bath contemporary apartment is named El Nido (Spanish for "the nest"), because of the abundant wildlife in the area, including resident bald eagles nested across the street in a designated wetlands. The space is fully furnished and is new construction as of the summer of 2024. The owners have a workshop and office space on the first floor, with occasional day use.

Welcome to your cozy retreat in Cortez . Our well kept home is within walking distance of restaurants , grocery stores , a library and a 50 acre park. We are located at the end of a dead end street without much traffic. The comfortable and welcoming home features a fully equipped kitchen ,reverse osmosis water filter, 100 percent cotton sheets , and natural non toxic cleaning products. The views of Mesa Verde from the kitchen window are representative of the beautiful places to visit .

Spend a peaceful night in a sheepherder's wagon next to a stream. Our 10-acre farm is conveniently located 9 miles from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance and midway between two famous mountain biking destinations. This charming getaway features a comfy double bed, pull-out table, some kitchen supplies plus an array of teas and coffee, an outdoor fire pit, easy parking, and a dedicated full guest bath in the main house nearby. The Jolly Rancher-Clint Eastwood Yurt

This is a 30 foot in diameter pet friendly yurt. Sleeps five; one queen, one twin bed and a new queen pull out sofa. Full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room and dining area all separated by walls but not doors. Has outdoor fire ring with swings, chairs and barbque grill. Propane heater for cool seasons and cooler for summer. Sits on 12 acres with view of pastures and mountains. Animals pastured during the summer months. Shadow the cat will greet you with lots of love!

Here you’ll find a cozy, thoughtfully designed space with incredible views, a full kitchen, strong WiFi, and rare quiet. The casita is uniquely situated and overlooks a small pond with wide open Southwest sky.

Chasing Moon Tipi comes with a FITTED SHEET ONLY on a queen bed, and a futon (no sheet). Linens are available for rent onsite. The campground has complimentary hot showers, a fully equipped campground kitchen, large furnished Pavilion, drinking water, ice & more. We are 5 miles from downtown Cortez, on 20 acres of sacred land. It also has outdoor chairs, a fire pit, and access to all the campground's amenities.
