If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

The Rose Capital Studio is a unique and inspiring space. Rose Capital Studio features a 9ft wide ceiling-mounted 'backdrop' and movie projector which is perfect for entertainment. The space includes beautiful large windows, exposed concrete beams, and a private sauna for relaxation. As impressive as the space is, the best feature is likely our location. The studio is located right in the middle of Downtown - in walking distance from so many of Tyler’s best coffee-shops, restaurants, & bars.

If you are seeking a quiet place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset on the water, look no further than this new lakeside cabin on Lake O' the Pines. There is not a boat dock but around the corner is a boat ramp and of course you can fish from the shore. This shoreline is not the best for swimming it has several stumps but great for fishing. We do not have Wi-Fi but good cell phone service/hotspot. Restaurants and shopping 20 miles in the historical town of Jefferson.

Private suite w/King bed & great shower!

This is a 552sqft apartment within our home. It has a completely private driveway and entrance and secure locking interior door between units. One of the features we think you'll most enjoy is the spacious shower with all the hot water you could want! The kitchenette is ready for a bit of cooking if you like. In addition to the King bed, the sofa folds into a bed suitable for an older child or young adult, and a twin mattress on the floor is available upon request.

Josie’s Haven is the perfect place to stay for families, groups, and contractors working on a projects. The home is spacious, clutter free, and conveniently located a mile from town and less than a 2 minute walk to Kilgore College. Perks: Office set up with printer, 3 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full, and a convertible couch. Private backyard, less than $5 food delivery, private park across the street and less than a block from college police station.

Charming 1920’s farmhouse near Longview Regional airport and conveniently located near Lakeport, Longview and Kilgore. This restored historic home is cozy and perfect for family gatherings and getaways. It can sleep 1-10 comfortably and you will want to come here over and over! Come and get recharged while sitting on the front porch, sitting in the fully fenced in backyard patio area or relaxing in the jacuzzi tub!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene wooded area of the piney woods of East Texas. Unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine on our deck overlooking the canopy of trees. 1 Queen Bed. 2 twin pullout couches. Coffee available in cabin. Microwave and fridge on site. Tiny home/Cottage with an Alpaca experience.

We have a tiny home with one bedroom and bath. The sofa is a love seat and pulls out as a twin bed. WIFi and dish Tv. The WiFi is fiber Optium We love feeding animal crackers to the alpacas and donkey. They will let you touch them if they are in the mood. But still lots of fun to feed. We have 5 alpacas and one donkey. We have the animal crackers for you to feed with.
