This is a walk-out basement with two private entrances, and it’s own private outside area. The patio has comfy furniture with a bbq. The kitchen is small, yet efficient with large windows. The bedroom is cozy and comfy with a large smart tv on the wall. The bedroom has a 3/4 wall dividing it from the rest of the apt, but no actual door. So it could be considered a “studio”. We are steps from the trail heads into Blue Mt park. We’re also walking distance to the metro north & downtown.

Come stay with us! You will have the entire first floor to yourself but we will be right upstairs if you should need us! Access to tree lined back yard with fire pit. Close to metro north train to NYC. Minutes to kayaking, hiking, restaurants, cafes & historical sites. Please note: No Kitchen!! Drive, walkway & entrance accessible to full size wheelchair (see photos) but bathroom is not accessible to a wheelchair. Guest must have ability to enter and maneuver the bathroom on thier own.

This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath designer house is a 5 minute walk to the train station, the train is loud, as well as the historic downtown. Welcome to our guest house! We invite you to enjoy our lush, peaceful, 5-acres of land in beautiful Croton-on-Hudson. Drive up the long, picturesque driveway to reveal our two houses (yours and mine) which are fairly far apart, providing you with plenty of privacy in your standalone house. We love when guests explore our entire property and make themselves at home by using our outdoor hammocks, tree swings, fire pit, many chairs, and even a zip line for kids (all shared only with us).

Panoramic Rivers views from inside and out. Two televisions. Coffee/Condiments/Cooking Essentials provided. $19 cleaning with or without pets.

Mountain Edge: Unplug in your own private forest suite — just 45 minutes from Manhattan. Wake up to birdsong, explore the Croton Dam trails, and return to a spacious, peaceful retreat that feels worlds away from the city. Private-Guest Suite located 2 minutes from Croton Dam and a 45 minute train into the city. Mountain Edge is a 2 bed, 2 bath, suite nestled into the forest. One queen bed and pullout couch. We do have an additional mattress available by request.

Our house was built in 1910, and totally refurbished in 2019. The kitchen is brand new with all new appliances. The kitchen opens out to the deck and garden, a quite peaceful place to sip your morning coffee. You are located one block away from Depew park that also takes you into Blue Mt. State Park. Five minute walk into down town, restaurants and shopping. There is Verizon Fios high speed internet. Room enough to park two cars in driveway.
