The cabin is tucked out of sight on a family owned farm directly on the banks of the pristine Henry River with spectacular views from all three bedrooms. Across the river are 28,000 acres of Foothills Land Conservatory and South Mountains State Park. The river is home to native trout and stocked once a year by the NC Wildlife Commission. Try your hand at fishing and enjoy a variety of wildlife. Located on 3/4 mile private paved road. You are welcome to explore the woodland paths on either side.

You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The Pearl of Lake Wylie

My place is 15 miles from the Charlotte airport, 10 miles from Carowinds and 6 miles from Charlotte Premium Outlet on I-485. It is only a little further to downtown Charlotte and the Carolina Panthers stadium. It has a great sunset view over Lake Wylie. It is very private and quite, but has nearby amenities like restaurants, shopping and good recreation. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the proximity to Charlotte and the wonderful wide lake view.
