Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Villa Wishing Well is located in Barnstaple North Devon, with a short walk to the town center and close to supermarkets and shops. The house is situated beside the North Devon Tarka Trail and has outstanding views of The River Taw and just 5 miles from lovely Sandy Beaches. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our Villa is not a party venue! We will NOT ACCEPT : IVENTS, HEN NIGHT, STAG NIGHT QUIET HOURS 11pm to 7am Pet fee: £ 90 for the entire stay Charging electric cars is not possible!

The Studio

Our self contained studio is situated in the vibrant village of Braunton, a 15 minute walk from the centre and a 5 minute drive to Saunton Sands. An ideal getaway from the stresses of city living. The area is renowned for its beaches, Saunton, Croyde & Woolacombe. The Studio backs onto a lane leading to walks along footpaths and country lanes. Ideally situated for walking, cycling, surfing etc. Or just sit, chill & enjoy the south facing deck.

The Stable

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Idyllicc country cabin retreat on the edge of a working farm. 5 minute drive to a World Surfing Heritage Reserve, Woolacombe Beach, and approiximatly 25 minute walk down a public footpath to Woolacombe village and the beach. The Stable sleeps two adults with stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, shower room and large outside garden and decking area. Dog friendly with an enclosed garden.
