The Stone Cabin-Wood Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fully fenced with a gated entrance offering privacy, a fire pit, covered patio, and large deck. The city park is located next door with a private acces gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.

The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating! The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping.
