A heated bathroom floor, cozy carpeted bedroom, and a kitchen with all the necessities. *It is a basement apartment, so you will hear footsteps above you from the other guests.*

Our 4-season waterfront vacation home is located in the village of North Rustico...one of PEI's most popular vacation destinations! North Rustico is a small, active, fishing village located just east of Cavendish. We are a 20 minute drive from the airport, a 45 minute drive from the Confederation Bridge and 25 minutes from downtown Charlottetown. The house has a panoramic view of Rustico Bay and sunsets from the front deck are breathtaking!

From the bedroom, living room, kitchen or in patio you can have a good view of the bay (sea water) and a spectacular sunset.
