Unique early Australian shepherds cottage on 500 acres opposite stunning Mt. William in the Grampians National Park. Self contained cottage surrounded by amazing bird life, kangaroos, emus, echidna, wallabies and deer. Country life with all the comforts. Homemade bread, farm eggs, mulberry jam / butter , teas / coffee, milk are all provided for guests to make breakfast at their leisure. The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. The farm house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces and 2 bathrooms. A breezeway connects the living spaces to the sleeping spaces. Some of the best walks in The Grampians are a short drive away (Mt. Zero, Mt. Stapylton, Hollow Mt., Zummsteins, McKenzie Falls).

Welcome to our quiet court away from the noisy centre of Horsham city but still within a few minutes drive from the town centre. Enjoy private side access to the bungalow at the back of the main house and undercover parking ensuring complete privacy. We are situated on 5 acres and enjoy natures gift of birds, peace and tranquility. Enjoy morning walks along the river and all that Horsham has to offer. Note: We have a 7 year old lab which is outside during the day and would not be a bother.
