Spend time on the balcony overlooking the ocean and also with a view of our giant pool. It's the best place for people watching! Also enjoy many flocks of Pelicans flying by the unit each day.

Cozy condo on the beach

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
