Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Inside amenities include a 16’ shuffleboard table, foosball, air hockey, ping pong and in-home theater. We recently remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and 2 lower bedrooms.
