We would love to share our cozy (850 sq ft) getaway cabin. Located on rolling hills five minutes from Pease Creek Recreation Park and the Missouri River. Relax on the patio or take in outdoor activities boating, hiking, fishing, or hunting. Plenty of parking area and boat plug in available. Local accommodations at Geddes (7 miles) or Lake Andes (11 miles). It is semi-off grid, cell service ok, but not always great. There is no wifi available. TV can be run off Roku if you have a mobile hotspot.

Ideal location for outdoor adventures including fishing, boating, kayaking, hunting, atv riding, bike riding, trail running and wildlife viewing. Deer and turkey are daily visitors!

Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

25 minutes from Yankton and 6 minutes to the Lake Henry east of Scotland, SD. Scotland has a park, swimming pool, churches, grocery store, gas stations, coffee shop, thrift store. Kick back & relax in this clean, stylish Haven. Updated 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath home with new LVP flooring, paint, fixtures, updated baths, new breakfast bar, & coffee bar. Attached 1-car garage. Main floor laundry, deck & backyard. Quiet neighborhood. The unfinished basement has two beds if needed.

There is plenty of space at this location to get ready for the hunt, shoot clay pigeons on-site or let the dogs get some exercise.

Francis Case Reservoir Home

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
