The Treehouse Guest Suite is nestled in the trees in the beautiful community of Tumalo, Oregon! Tumalo, a short 10 minute drive west of Bend, is well known for its beauty to include easy access to hiking and biking trails. Your second floor craftsman style guest suite is surrounded by trees and includes a private entrance, garage, and deck. Our farm has scenic views of the Cascade Mountains. During the summer, guests can enjoy our English Country Garden, swimming pond, and Alpacas in the field.

The studio features WiFi, washer/dryer, TV with streaming, EV charger and self-check in. The studio is 300 square feet and shares a wall with another AirBnB.

Riverfront Lodge

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

Relaxing, private spa & sauna grotto is ready for your romantic Bend getaway! This quiet, wooded, centrally located standalone bungalow is steps from the Deschutes River trail and within easy walking distance of Mill Dist. and Hayden Amphitheater. It boasts a comfy king bed w/premium down bedding & pillows, dedicated free parking (+ extra cars or small RVs), outdoor dining and patio area, washer/dryer, and a kitchen fully stocked with everything you need for fun and relaxation for all seasons!

Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

Private marina & hot tub — cozy, relaxing studio Apt with no shared walls, just outside Sunriver Resort on a fenced acre, 20 mins to Bend and 25 mins to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (3), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, bikes (3 adult + 2 kid), and snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

The Bungalow has a peek of the river, as it is considered the "guest house" to the larger "main house" it shares the lot with. Enjoy low bank river access to launch your kayak. Take a stroll through the woods or visit the onsite pond with Paddle boat, barbeque grill and gazebo with picnic table. Also come meet our horse - Sugarbear, and our sweet Donkey (Shewee). You will be able to enjoy privacy as the cottage is nestled in the woods.
