This light apartment is located in one of Amsterdam best neighborhoods! Close to the city center, 3 minute walk from train station, and a very green and quiet neighborhood. A lot of playgrounds close by. The apartment is perfect for families with 1,2 or 3 kids. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a bunkbed for 2 kids (max 1.40m, and 1 with a baby bed. Only for families! Wonderful place from which to discover our beautiful city. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Welcome! The entire apartment (45 m2) is available, next to the metro station (3 mins walk) which takes you to Schiphol airport in 20 minutes, and Amsterdam centre in 30 minutes. My apartment is idea for a group of friends or solo traveler! You can cook here with a full kitchen kit. And relax in the bathtub at night! I rent out when travelling, so please take care of the place like home:) As this is not commercial, I also apologise ahead for the lack of flexibility and available.

Openbaar vervoer en lokale supermarkten zijn op loop afstand. Ideaal gelegen voor een bezoek aan de Johan Cruijff ArenA, Ziggo Dome en AFAS live. Daarnaast is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Een ruim balkon, wasmachine, Wi-Fi, TV, keuken apparatuur. Eventuele transfers zijn bespreekbaar.

This peaceful & cozy ground floor apartment is truly unique. A large south-west facing back garden which gets sun most of the day in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Metro station is 4 min walk away which will only take 10 minutes to get you to the heart of Amsterdam. National train station is 10 min walk (Duivendrecht) which easily takes you to the airport or other parts of The Netherlands. Nearest supermarket is 2 min walk and a large shopping centre (Bijlmer) - 15 min.

The apartment is situated in the trendy residential area called IJburg with a Marina and plenty cafes and restaurants nearby. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins). The private room is well equipped. There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival. check in: 2PM / check out: 11AM FYI: I'm living with my cat who freely roams around the house. The kitchen (except the stove) can be used.

In case you didn’t bring a book, I have plenty. Need some focus time? I have good WiFi and a big screen in the office. You can also philosophize with some table cards. In summary, just feel at home! Het appartement is gelegen op de 8e verdieping van een flat in Diemen. Station Diemen ligt op 5 minuten lopen. Met de trein bent u in 10 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam, of eerder nog in het gezellige Amsterdam Oost.

Op loopafstand van metrostation Ganzenhoef (binnen 20 minuten op centraal station) en dichtbij de Bijlmer ArenaZiggo Dome, AFAS live. Let op betaald parkeren sinds oct 2024!! Nabij fiets- en wandelroutes. Perfect voor een comfortabel verblijf met uitstekende verbinding naar het centrum.
