The room is private and has all the basics one might need while staying there. We occupy the rest of the house and are available when not at work. The house is in a quiet residential area with parks, public tennis court, major grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. It's within a three-minute walk to major streets—York Mills or Victoria Park roads. DVP/404 - York Mills exit, Hwy 401 - Victoria Park exit. Bus 95 or 122 to York Mills subway station Bus 24 to Victoria Park subway station The space has new fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery and can be used to prepare your own meal. Guests will have access to the unit from their own private entrance. Upon confirming a booking we will send you check in information and a code to enter the unit from your very own private entrance. The suite is private and has all the basics one might need while staying there. We occupy the rest of the house and are available when not at work.

Just around the corner from Chester TTC subway station, and the thriving heart of The Danforth, this home away from home has all you need for rest through your stay. Self-check in at our side entrance takes you down 6 steps to your own entry way into a full kitchen, washer/dryer, washroom, queen bed, couch, TV, wifi, & a small separate office.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This is a rare gem as the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are all private, for an affordable price. It is very simple and some of our personal belongings are in the space but we keep the price low to make up for it. Most rentals in this area of Toronto have shared bathroom or kitchen or are very expensive. Within walking distance to Parkway Mall. 5 minute drive to the 401 or DVP which will take you to downtown Toronto in 25 minutes (if no traffic).
