This complete home boasts a fully equipped kitchen open to an inviting living area, separate queen bedroom with full closet, full bathroom and laundry. Drowning in natural light, the many windows provide an open and airy ambiance you will surely enjoy. Exclusive patio area with outdoor dining is a plus for relaxing outside in the fantastic Silicon Valley climate. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Our wine rack is your wine rack so please help yourself. Ironing board and iron as well as hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Full in unit laundry makes keeping garments clean and easy while traveling. Always look your best whether in town for business or pleasure! Traveling with children? No worries. You will find a Pack & Play as well as toddler mattress to facilitate sleeping with your little one. High chair and children's flatware, cups plus utensils are provided to make eating in as a family just like home. Books and toys should keep your little one smiling. Television with Fire TV provided. Guest access to Amazon Prime Video & HBO unrestricted. Feel free to log into any other streaming accounts you may prefer. Central air and heat will ensure you are comfortable during your stay in any season. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire guest house and patio area. I am available almost all of the time. We live on site and are happy to interact as much or as little as you desire. The guesthouse sits among the tree-lined streets of Hanchett Residence Park in the historic Rosegarden area. A car, scooter, or bike share is never far away, and restaurants, wineries, coffee shops, bakeries, and yoga studios are walkable. This location is walking distance to Cal Train and city buses. Ample service from Uber & Lyft means a ride is only moments away. Scooter share and bike share stations surround us on all sides. Access to all Silicon Valley highways is unparalleled. You will not find a more connected location in all of Silicon Valley.

Indulge in a relaxing soak in the all-white bathroom, unwind with a book in an antique chair under the sash window, or snuggle up in the carved wooden bed by the fire. The cottage has been fully remodeled. Relax in a brand new king bed and enjoy the all new full bath. Roku TV, AC/Heat and an electric fireplace to relax with. Fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. Private yard to enjoy and relax. Detached cottage, with private, well lit entry. A coded deadbolt lock allows safe entry into cottage. Enjoy a private patio that is also available for guests. We will be giving our guests privacy, but are available by phone or text if you have questions. Willow Glen is the South Bay’s hottest area within San Jose and the Silicon Valley. Downtown is two blocks away, with popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses all close by. Plenty of safe and well lit street parking available. A city bus stop is very close, with freeways, light rail, and Cal train a mile away. Willow Glen is a quaint neighborhood of San Jose, with its charming old homes, and vibrant downtown businesses. Many popular restaurants, banks, antique shops, beauty salons, and coffee houses, just to name a few...all just a short drive or walk away!

Take it easy in this cozy cabin retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains. 30 minutes from downtown Santa Cruz and beaches. This charming 400 sq. ft. studio is the perfect setting to disconnect from city life and immerse yourself in the redwoods. The cabin features a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchen & BBQ. The private yard includes a hot tub, propane firepit and hammock to fully relax and unwind. Please note the cabin is on a one way, windy road. There is WiFi but no TV or A/C. SCC Permit# 241449

SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home. To add guests beyond 2, requires approval.
