This quiet, quality and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou. Two levels house,15m from the sea.It has two bedrooms with double beds,kitchen,living room with a sofa-bed and a WC with shower.Also there is an inside balcony with a sofa bed.It is recommended for families offering a fenced garden where the children can play safely.The pedestrian area is 100m away from the house.
