The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It is designed to blend in to its woodland setting, yet is bright and spacious with modern luxuries - perfect for a romantic break, a restful escape or for reconnecting with nature. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. The Old Log Cabin at Dungeness

The 'Old Log Cabin' with amazing views over the English channel is located on the beach, and is built around old Victorian railway carriages. An ideal cosy place to chill. In the centre there is a dining area, and a separate seating area with views over the channel. There are 4 bedrooms; superking bedroom, kingsize bedroom, double bedroom and a single bedroom with an extra pull-out. The kitchen is retro but has modern kitchen appliances. The property includes a lounge and a massive bathroom.

Dungeness - The Cove on the Beach

The Cove at Dungeness Beach has beautiful uninterrupted views of the English channel & the White cliffs of Dover. Walk out of the house onto the Beach, down to the waters edge. Close to many interesting places such as the RHDR steam railway, which you can see from the rear of the property, you are able to walk to the RNLI Dungeness lifeboat station & to the lighthouse. There is both an indoor and outdoor facilities for BBQs & alfersco dinning & within walking distance to the famous pilot pub.

Beach Retreat, Lydd-on-Sea

Perfect family retreat to a quiet coastline. Recently renovated with stunning views across the English channel (you can see France on a clear day) and direct access on to the expansive shingle beach, or wait for the tide to go out to walk onto sand. Discover the old fishing huts, railway carriages and lighthouse. To the rear of the house is Dungeness nature reserve. The miniature RHDR railway passes along the rear of the property.
