Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine. The Little Wren Farm, Lake Clifton

The Little Wren Farm is close to the Forest Highway and about 30 minutes from Mandurah. It is set among Peppermint forests and Tuart trees and has a variety of birds from Black Cockatoos to the adorable little Blue Wren. The parrots come in to feed throughout the day and Kangaroos are often seen grazing a few meters from the homestead. The Little Wren Farm is good for couples and business travellers and is a peaceful, quiet little gem in the country. The sleeper couch can sleep 2 children.

Immaculate cute beachside duplex located a short 10 minute walk to The beautiful Rockingham Foreshore, where you will find the stunning Rockingham Beach, cafes, award winning Restaurants, wine bars, shops, and picnic and playground areas. Walk to the end of the street & you can hop on a shuttle bus that will take you down the foreshore or to the train/bus station where you can be exploring Perth stress free. If public transport isn't for you, Fremantle is only a short 25 minute drive.
