Glorious countryside, walking cycling, antique hunting and just relaxing. Loads of places to explore, Pubs and Inns to find, Ancient Mediaeval Church, Famous Poet and the Burning Tar barrels. We now have a Beaver family creating great interest on the river Otter. There is a safe pace to keep bicycles.

Great Coombe sleeps 9 & enjoys glorious views over the surrounding Dorset countryside. Sit on the patio/balcony & watch the wildlife without leaving the cottage. Dordolo is only a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Lyme Regis and there is a regular bus service into town. Famed for its location on the stunning Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis is an outstanding location for fossil hunting, beach combing, walking and dining. Take a walk along the Cobb where the French Lieutenant's Woman was filmed. For a real treat go to Rockfish in the gardens where they mainly sell sea food. It has only just opened but so far the reviews have been good.

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.
