A quiet paradise in the woods. A great place to connect with nature and relax. There is a 2 person kayak that are shared with our other treehouse guests and a single person kayak. Life jackets supplied. (2 adults and 3 children) Also a raft that goes out into lake on a cable for swimming. We have a 2 person swing to relax on in the sun. Wifi arriving soon. Acadian Home

Enjoy your stay near the Acadian shores in our spacious, breezy, fully renovated historic Acadian home. Originally built in 1837, this home has been brought up to today's expectations for comfort, functionality and environmental sustainability. It sleeps 5. There is also an inflatable air mattress - double and pump and space to accommodate two extra guests. Small private lakefront cottage. Secluded property next to the beautiful Ellenwood Provincial Park, full of hiking/walking trails. Rustic, and undergoing minor renovations, but a very cozy, clean place to stay. The Lake is clean and great for swimming! Two off grid cabins on Kegeshook lake. Drive into a long tree covered winding driveway in a hard wood forest and arrive at the first cabin. This cabin is fully equipped with running hot water, solar power, propane, and generator backup. Living quarters include bathroom with shower, small kitchen, queen size bed and a double size pull out couch. Down a path towards the lake is the second cabin which is suitable for reading, relaxing, or hanging out on the deck overlooking the lake.

This is an old Acadian Home located along the shores of St. Mary's Bay in Meteghan, NS. The home is all equipped with Kitchen, 1.5 Bath, and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are located upstairs and the main bathroom is located downstairs. The 1/2 bathroom (seat & sink) is located upstairs. Guests will occupy the entire house and have access to high speed internet and cable TV. There is no housekeeping services provided during your stay. Great view of St. Mary's Bay.
