This is a largely undiscovered part of Berwickshire yet the beautiful Borders towns of Kelso, Melrose and Peebles are less than an hour’s drive away while the centre of Edinburgh is but a little over an hour distant by car. The beautiful east coast beaches are in as little as 30 mins.

Ideally located on the Railway walk and cycle route 196 to Glenkinchie Distillery , Carberry, Penicuik and surrounding areas. Super comfortable beds with lovely bed linen, comfy sofa bed, en-suite shower room, fridge, kettle, crockery, table and chairs and covered seating area to enjoy the outdoors no matter the weather. All with BBQ/Fire pit.

We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. It’s within walking distance from Tantallon Castle & Seacliff Beach and is well known for it’s stunning views. Enjoy lovely walks and there is also horse riding available at Seacliff Stables. DRIFT coffee shop is also a must to visit with its incredible view of the Bass Rock.
