The Wallowa Lake Chalets are situated between Wallowa Lake and the Eagle Cap Wilderness. These Chalets have an open floor plan and were designed to encapsulate the natural surrounding beauty. The decks of the Chalets stand 26 ft above the ground creating some of the most surreal views that can be found anywhere in Wallowa County. This place is an amazing two story log cabin in rural outback Oregon... wildlife refuge, pictographs, hot spring, Fremont wilderness area, wild life, cowboys, hunting, fishing, boating, swimming ...etc. are within 30 minutes. It is in dark sky country, you can see the Milky Way with your naked eyes from the back porch. I find peace and beauty in the surrounding landscape. The house is beautiful and comfortable inside out, fully equipped on 1800 SF.
